Ilona Koti

Principal Consultant & Founder
Ilona Koti, the founder of Crystalview Consulting Group, has over 17 years of experience in libraries and records & information management (RIM). Ilona has worked on a multitude of RIM projects ranging from records assessments to multi-million dollar electronic document management system (EDMS) implementations for corporate clients in software, bio-tech, manufacturing, oil & gas and non-profit sectors.
Ilona is a Certified Records Manager (CRM), certified Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Professional Coach and trainer (CPC) and has a Masters of Library Science (MLS) and Masters of Information Management (MS IM) from Syracuse University. She has also written and published for ARMA International (Association for Records Managers & Administrators) to develop global training on electronic document management, audit/inventory and risk management & business continuity planning. Ilona is deeply involved with her local community and is an accomplished baker, hiker and food preservationist. She, her husband and son run a small working farm in the Sierra Nevadas. CVCG is a woman owned, California certified Small Business, certified federal Disadvantaged Business (DBE) and federal 8(a) program candidate.

Tony Doyle
Sales Director

What Tony Doyle loves most about his business is the opportunity for meaningful connection with people. As Sales Director, Tony has overall responsibility for managing and directing Crystalview's coordination, functional management and leadership of all the sales activities of the business; accelerating growth, best practice and service levels within the search market. Tony initially began working with CVCG as a consultant and then joined the company as a full time employees shortly thereafter.
A sales authority in the CPG industry, Tony has most recently helped guide the Chain Sales effort for Diageo-Guinness USA. Prior to that position, he served fifteen years in various sales and market development positions at multiple companies including Diageo, Heineken and Beck's North America. Tony has BA from the University of Northern Colorado. He has professional training in the areas of executive and economic value selling, negotiation, among others.

David B Sullivan
MPA, CEM,
Disaster Recovery & Emergency Preparedness Consultant
David B Sullivan has over 20 years experience in Emergency Management. He previously served as Deputy Director and Director of the Office of Emergency Management for the City and County of Denver prior to retiring in 2004.
Mr. Sullivan holds a BA in History from Rhode Island College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver. He is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) and served as a member of the CEM Commission for the International Association of Emergency Managers and as the Commission Chair from 2004-2006. Past affiliations include: member and Chair of the Governor’s Advisory Council for Emergency Medical Services, Past President of the Colorado Emergency Management Association, and Past President of the Region VIII Chapter of the International Association of Emergency Managers. As a member of the Wyoming Air National Guard and Commander of the 187th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, he deployed in command positions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Sullivan retired from the Air National Guard in 2007.

Bruce McLaughlin

Bruce brings thirty years of experience in education, consulting, management, sales, and professional development experience to his coaching practice. He has received awards for his sales and consulting performance and has spoken at local, state and national conferences on topics ranging from business start ups, workplace behaviors and motivators, handling workplace conflict, leadership issues, and educational issues. His educational accomplishments include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Masters Degree in Counseling, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
He has also received extensive training in Business & Self-Employment Coaching, Life and Transition Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence Mentoring. Bruce's love of coaching utilizes components of all facets of his professional experience with an emphasis on personal growth through awareness, education & accountability.Bruce is also a published author and an avid musician who appears on an ever-growing list of recording projects and CDs. Bruce has been happily married for almost thirty years. He and his wife have three adult children.

Wenwen Du is a graduate student majored in Information Management at School of Information Studies, Syracuse University. Wenwen has been working with Crystalview Consulting Group since January 2010 and is involved with Keywords and metadata development, SEO research as well as White paper compilation and maintenance on the website.
She completed her Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Management in 2006 and worked as Project Coordinator in Chongqing Jinjing Filter Equipment CO., LTD, China since then. In 2009, she participated in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) project implementation XCMG Xuzhou Construction Machinery CO., LT. During pursuing master period, she is involved with a lot of organizations project remotely both in China and US.

Tim Hogan
Distribution Compliance Consultant
Mr. Hogan’s experience includes 15 years at Diageo and three at Nestle. For the last 2 1/2 years he has have been working with smaller wineries developing and managing their distribution network and consulting on packaging and web design. His goal has been to provide realistic insight to smaller companies, with smaller budgets and to give them a chance to compete in an industry dominated by 6-7 large companies and distributors. Mr. Hogan has an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing and a graduate degree in Business / Marketing from the University of San Francisco.

Sandra Calvert
Political Affairs Consultant
Ms. Calvert is National Account Director at Phillips Distilling Company and in the past as acted as National Account Manager at Future Brands LLC; National Account Manager at Diageo North America; Northern California Chain Manager at Pyramid Breweries; Key Account Manager at Triarc Beverage Group (Snapple). She currently serves as Mayor Pro Tem and member of the Town Council of the city of Loomis, California. Ms. Calvert is a graduate of California State University, Chico.
